In our intensive German classes, students work in small groups to build confidence in all areas of the language: speaking, writing and reading. The emphasis is on written and spelling skills. Students enrich their vocabulary and learn to express themselves with greater ease and fluency.
Various subjects from the school curriculum, such as mathematics, science and geography, are integrated into project-based learning.
The objectives of this module are to develop the language skills of bilingual or high-level students, and to prepare all students for eventual integration into a Swiss or Franco-German bilingual school.
We offer two levels: students join the classes according to their age and language skills.

Intensive English classes

Schedule : Wednesday from 2pm to 5pm

Handicraft and sports activities

Price : CHF 1640/year
Schedule : Wednesday from 2pm to 5pm
Team : Mrs Randonnet and Mrs Muller

Wednesday’s “Handicraft and Sports activities” Workshop combines both “Nature & graphic handicraft” and “Sports activities”, offering participants a varied program. The activities take place from 14:00 to 17:00 and can only be booked together.

Manual activity “nature and graphics”: from 14:00 to 15:30 – Mrs Randonnet
We will experiment both manual creativity and graphics creations with natural (creepers, leaves, flowers, wood, strings, wool, rope…) or recycled (boxes, cardboard, glass, pots…) material.
Children will discover the pleasure to make simple objects with their own hands.
This activity encourages creativity, autonomy, concentration and sharing. The children will acquire basic skills while playing and enjoying time with others.

Sports: from 15:30 to 17:00 – Mrs Muller
For children aged 6 to 12, our program offers games, exercise and fun. Develop your agility, your coordination and your team spirit. Register now and join in!

Child care

Price: CHF 490/year  (once weekly), CHF 980/year (twice weekly), CHF 1470/year (3 days weekly), CHF 1960/year (4 days weekly), CHF 2450/year (5 days weekly)
Schedule : Monday to Friday from 5pm to 6.30pm.

Children can read, draw, play board games, DIY activities. If time permits, activities are held outdoor (ball games, table tennis…)

Individual music lessons (all levels)

Piano

Price : CHF 1800/year (30 mins sessions).
Schedule : The class schedule will be established directly with the teacher. Piano lessons are offered over 36 weeks.
Team : Mrs. Ebneter

Ms. Ebneter has taught piano for thirteen years at the National College of the Arts. She also made co-rehearsals for violin classes. She offers piano lessons for elementary school children (beginners and all levels). The teacher would like to meet with her students in June to assess their level and determine their needs. It is essential that the child has the opportunity to study at home.

Solo singing

Price : CHF 1800/year (30 mins sessions).
Schedule : between 11.45am and 1pm on Tuesday and Friday, for 30 mins per student. The class schedule will be established directly with the teacher. Solo singing lessons are offered over 36 weeks.
Team : Mrs Breuillot

Children learn to discover and develop their voices thanks to vocal and playful exercises. Little by little, they gain confidence in themselves and in their vocal potential. They sing a cappella, accompanied by a guitar or by an instrumental band. A typical session:

• Voice warm-up (posture, breathing, voice games)
• Vocal technics (placing the voice, articulation, sonorous projection)
• Rhythm placing
• Interpretation
• Audio and video recording
